The LWV of New Canaan has recently launched
a Study Group on New Canaan's Community Development: Decision-making and Communication Process, and is reviewing all relevant
reports from committees, commissions and Town bodies on the issues of land use, development, regulation and processes. The
Study Group intends to focus its 2009-2010 work on how land use decisions are made and the inclusion of public opinion.
